Refund Policy
1. Overview:
At Wolf Limo, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued for services provided by our company.
2. Cancellation Policy
Standard Reservations:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
Special Events (Weddings, Proms, etc.):
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled event date will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
Airport Transfers:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
3. No-Show Policy
If the passenger does not appear at the designated pick-up location and does not inform Wolf Limo of a cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at 848-349-2419 . Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request has been received and approved.
5. Changes to Reservations
Standard Reservations:
Changes to reservations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without any additional charge. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to additional fees.
Special Events and Airport Transfers:
Changes to reservations can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled event date or pick-up time without any additional charge. Changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled event date or pick-up time may be subject to additional fees.
6. Force Majeure
Wolf Limo is not liable for refunds or compensation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen events that may affect our ability to provide service.
